How scary is it to know we’re going to be seniors in months? These past few years have been flying by and honestly I don’t want them to end. I have made many friendships that will last a lifetime, I’ve hurt and healed, I have love and lost. I know our high school years are coming to an end, but I’m so excited to see where my future goes.
Not to be depressing or anything, but my spring break was kind of sucky. I feel like spring break should be beaching in Flordia with your friends while drinking Pina Coladas in 80-degree weather, staying up at all hours, well….. mine was the complete opposite.. I had practice almost every day. For some reason, I slept most of the day and hung out with my friends some of the days. It wasn’t terrible, but thinking about coming back to school was. I can’t wait until summer.

Have you ever had a friend that you thought you would have in your life forever, but then forever turns into just a few short years? I have always thought the friends I walked into high school with will be next to me on my wedding day. I guess my mom was right when she said you would lose even your closest friends in high school. People change, feelings change and everything around us is constantly changing, very fast. Sometimes friendship breakups hurt more than actual relationship breakups. People can switch up on you so quick you don’t even have time to blink.
